· 1997-2000, "La Vikinga Lines" a Norwegian fast ferry passengers transportation company, operating from Bari, Italy to Durres, Albania. Albanian Consulting advised the general manager in the area of general management, financial management, strategic planning also helped the company in raising funds during the low season.

· 1997-2000, American Bank of Albania: Albanian Consulting advised the general manager of the bank to obtain the proper license, to set its structure and in recruiting the human resources.

· 1998, GTZ (the German external aid agency). Compiled the training courses on general management for the senior managers of the public sector and performed the training courses for senior managers of the Ministry of Public Economy and Privatization, specialist of the office of the Prime Minister and senior managers of Albanian Telecom,as part of the GTZ project to support Albanian Economic Transition. Also, as part of its services to GTZ, advice had been provided for the continuation of the project: "Business Start-Up in Albania" as the original intermediary bank for the project was liquidated. This involved advising in the negotiations between GTZ and the Ministry of Finance and the Italian Albanian Bank;

· 1998, 2000-2001, American Enterprise Fund. Albanian Consulting worked on issues concerning , at that time, current and potential investment projects, with particular emphasis on the further development of the financial sector in Albania; · Since 1997 assisted various Albanian private companies in their development course and to obtain bank financing such as : "Wilson" education Institute in Tirana (1997).

· Hotel Mondial, (1999-2004). Did fund raising for the the Hotel and assisted in debt restructuring as per the request of the Italian Albanian Bank. Assisting the Hotel in financial management and  development on an ongoing basis.

· 1998-2000: The "Millennium" cinemas, two in Tirana one in Elbasan. Albanian Consulting arranged the basic financing for the two cinemas and was called in to handle other financial issues and capital restructuring. Albanian Consulting assisted IDA the owner company of "Millennium" cinemas, a joint stock company, to negotiate the purchase of 42% of the company’s share by AREF an EBRD-Italian government investment fund. In addition, Albanian Consulting assisted in the purchase of shares by Western Union and some private American-Albanian citizens;

· 2000, PSHM, an international micro-credit company. We helped them to enter in Bathore, a problem-ridden settlement on the outskirts of Tirana, creating an original collateral. More then 40 micro loans have been disbursed, up till now and the return is 100 %;

· 2001, Albanian Consulting was assigned by "Kla & Xhu", a real estate company investing in tourist village in Golem, to reorganize and coordinate the work for recommencing of the construction of the village, interrupted during he difficult period 1997-1998;

· 2001 "ABCOM"; advising on the enterprise restructuring and on general management issues such as restructuring of the department of finanace, international relations, human resources policies and regulations etc.

2002, SE-BI, an Albanian-Italian trade alimentary joint-venture company. constructing a 1500 Ton refrigerator. Advising the owner/ manager on the project management and in negotiating with Tirana Bank to obtain financing for, the refrigerator.
